KLAY Cameras is an independent app built by a parent, for parents who already have a klay.live parent account. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by KLAY Preschools & Daycare.
What this app does
KLAY Cameras signs in with your existing klay.live parent credentials and plays your center's live classroom camera streams natively on your device, instead of through klay.live's website.
Data collection
We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your data.
- Your username and password are sent directly to klay.live (https://klay.live) to sign in — the same servers klay.live's own website uses. We do not operate any backend server, and your credentials never pass through or are stored on any system we control.
- After signing in, your username and password are stored only in your device's secure keychain (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), so the app can sign you back in automatically. This data stays on your device.
- The app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not track you or your usage in any way.
- Custom camera groups you create are stored locally on your device only.
Third-party service
This app is a client for klay.live, operated by KLAY Preschools & Daycare. Your use of klay.live's camera service is governed by their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. Please refer to klay.live directly for questions about how they handle your account or camera footage.
Children's data
This app itself does not collect any data about children. Live video footage is streamed directly from klay.live to your device for your own viewing and is not stored, recorded, or transmitted anywhere by this app.
Changes to this policy
If this app's data practices change, this page will be updated to reflect that.
